Budget Websites - Setting up your POP mailbox on Outlook

Step 1. In Outlook select the Tools, E-mail Accounts from the top menu

Step 2. Select "Add a new email account" and hit the Next > button

Step 3. Select "POP3" and then Next >

Enter in your correct name, domain and password. Ensure that your setting match those below.

Click on "More Settings", select the outgoing server tab and select the options as shown below.

You should now be ready to send and receive emails, check this by clicking the "test Account Settings" button and then send yourself a test email.

If you are having problems sending emails out try changing the SMTP port from 25 to 587. As some Internet providers do block outgoing mail on port 25 if it is not being sent thorough their servers.
